Scope

This privacy policy applies to the website arnekellmann.de and all associated services.

Privacy-First Principles

This website is designed with privacy in mind. No advertising, marketing, analytics or tracking SDKs are used, and no cookies are set. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website Data Processing

Server Logs

When you visit this website, Cloudflare automatically collects and stores information in server logs. This includes your IP address (anonymized), browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This data is used solely for security purposes and is retained for up to 30 days.

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, and message content. This data is transmitted by email to the controller in order to answer your enquiry and is not stored in any database. Your explicit consent is required before submission.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on the contact form. The Turnstile script is loaded only when you scroll to the contact form. Cloudflare may process technical data to provide these services. For more information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Resend

Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered by email using Resend. The data you enter in the form is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of that delivery.

Fonts

Typefaces are self-hosted and served from this website. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other external font provider, so no font CDN receives your IP address.

International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Contact form data is processed immediately and not stored in a database; the resulting email is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is:

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and access controls.
